Insurance / Liability

Neither Blackjacks Roadhouse or the Alberta Motorcycle Safety Society will accept responsibility for injury to persons, loss of or damage to products, exhibits, equipment or decorations by fire, accident, theft or any other cause while on the site.  It is suggested that exhibitors or their agents provide adequate insurance for their own personnel, exhibits and materials against such hazards.  If insurance is secured, Blackjacks Roadhouse and Alberta Motorcycle Safety Society shall be named as additional insured on exhibitor event insurance.

If you do not have an insurance provider for event insurance, please reach out to Klondike Insurance Agencies at 780.439.0715 and ask for Betty-Jo or Les to help you out!

If you choose to not provide event insurance, you agree that should any damage or theft occur to your products, exhibits, equipment or decorations, that Blackjacks nor AMSS will be held liable.
